摘要
医院后勤人力资源管理是确保医院后勤战略目标得以实现、过程得以高效实施的重要组成部分。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院后勤处引入卓越绩效模式,从工作的组织与管理、员工的绩效管理、员工的学习与发展、员工权益与满意程度等4个方面,探索提升人力资源管理水平,实现医院后勤战略目标的新模式,取得了显著成效。
Hospital logistics staff management is an important part hospital logistic management to ensure the realization of the strategic goal of hospital logistics and the efficient implementation of the process. The logistics department of Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College of HUST introduced the excellent performance model from four aspects: organization and management of work, performance management of staff, learning and development of staff and degree of employee rights and interests and satisfaction. The new mode has been got great effectiveness on improving hospital human resources management and getting the goals of hospital logistic management.
