Through the comprehensive quality management and analysis of the application on the performance appraisal of large-scale public welfare activities in the clinical departments of the hospitals, the performance appraisal of largescale public welfare activities in the clinical departments of the hospitals have been constantly improved. It is suggested to establish the evaluation feedback mechanism, establish the long-term effect mechanism and make continuous improvement to enhance the departments’ initiative and enthusiasm to participate in large-scale public welfare activities.
