摘要
目的:分析国内(助理)执业医师资源的配置及服务能力情况,为相关部门合理配置医师资源、优化医疗服务体系提供参考。方法:获取2013-2017年执业医师数据,采用Excel2010软件录入数据进行统计分析。结果:截至2017年12月31日,全国注册执业(助理)医师有339万人,千人口医师数有2.44人,25?54岁执业(助理)医师占比为82.6%,60岁以上医师占比为11.8%;临床、口腔、中医、公共卫生类执业(助理)医师占比分别为75.6%、5.6%、15.5%、3.3%;执业(助理)医师的学历构成占比是本科(51.20%)、专科(21.60%)和硕士研究生以上(18.7%)。结论:整体医师资源短缺,与发达国家有差距,医疗资源配置不平衡,医师年龄梯队待完善。
Objectives: To analyze the status quo of(assistant) practicing physician resources allocation and practicing abilities in China and give references for rational allocation physicians resources and optimize medical delivery system. Methods: Data of practicing physician in China between 2013 and 2017 were be analyzed by Excel 2010. Results: Until 31 st, December, 2017 in China, there was 3.39 million registered practicing(assistant)physicians, and the percentage of physicians among the whole population in China was 0.244. In the registered practicing(assistant) physicians, the physicians whose age is between 25 and 54 is 82.6 percent, and the physicians whose age is over 60 is 11.8%;the percentages of physicians whose major if clinic, stomatology, traditional Chinese medicine and public health is 75.6%, 5.6%, 15.5%, 3.3%, respectively. The education background distribution proportions are 51.2%(undergraduate), 21.6%(junior) and 18.7%(Master or above). Conclusions: The resource of physicians is shortage generally. And this condition of China is a gap compared with the conditions of developed countries. The allocation of medical resources is unbalanced and the team building in age needs to be improved.
