基于互联网医疗平台的药诊店医疗服务模式效益探析

Analysis on effect of drugstore clinic based on the internet medical platform

"互联网+医疗"衍生出了基于互联网医疗平台的药诊店医疗服务模式。通过对实施该模式的某互联网医疗公司在广州市及佛山市内103家药诊店的员工进行半结构化访谈,分析其社会效益;收集该公司药诊店2015-2017年在广东省的运营数据,用净现值收益法和现值指数法分析社会效益。研究发现,药诊店模式利用互联网的特性连接了分散的医疗资源,形成了医疗资源的相对增量,为患者提供了高效、便捷、安全的医疗服务,分担了医疗机构的接诊压力,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。建议政府制定相应政策,规范和鼓励这一模式的发展;进一步加强互联网医疗平台建设,为该模式提供软件和硬件支撑;利用互联网技术的特点形成良好的医患互信机制;研究并采取相应措施,将该模式下的医疗健康项目纳入医保支付范围。

The medical care mode named drugstore clinic based on the Internet medical platform has been derived from "Internet + medical care". In order to study the social and economic benefits of the drugstore clinic mode, this paper conducted semi-structured interviews with 103 staffs work at the drugstore clinics in Guangzhou and Foshan,collected and analyzed the operating data of drugstore clinic mode from 2015 to 2017(Guangdong province). The result shows that, the drugstore clinic mode used the characteristics of the Internet to connect the scattered medical resources and formed the relative increment of medical resources. What’s more, it provided patients with efficient, convenient and safe medical services and shared the pressure of medical institutions, which formed a good social and economic benefit.We suggested that the government can make some policies to standardize and encourage the development of drugstore clinic mode, strengthening the construction of the Internet medical platform and provide software together with hardware to support for the drugstore clinic mode, using the advantages of Internet technology to form a good doctor-patient trust mechanism, supporting the development of drugstore clinic mode by social medical insurance paying for it.
