摘要
湖南省人民医院临床医技科室主任和护士长通过竞聘选拔,宣誓上岗。医院强化誓词管理,根据誓词内容,设置忠诚、干净、担当专项培训课,专题解读誓词内涵与要求;将宣誓具体化和量化,制定标准,并监督落实;设立基本条件与一票否决条件,强化考评,并作为科主任、护士长年度考核与评价依据。通过宣誓与誓词管理,提升科主任、护士长责任意识,真正做到忠诚、干净与担当。
Directors and head nurse in clinical and medical technology departments in Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital implemented competition for post and took an oath of office. In order to strengthen oath management,special training courses, the explanations and inherences of oath have been carried out. And quantitative standard of oath has been carried out, implemented and monitored. Basic conditions and one vote system of oath implementation has been designed and as the evaluation content on department director and head nurse. By oath management,department director and head nurse’s sense of responsibility and loyalty has been improved.
