摘要
随着医改逐步深化,进一步改善医疗服务,提高医疗服务质量,改善人民群众看病就医感受成为医院新的重点工作。笔者从医院网络敏感舆情入手,通过对敏感舆情类型的分析和研究,发现群众在医院诊疗过程中的痛点、难点问题,通过提出相应的改进措施,实现医院管理创新和医疗服务水平提升。
With the deepening development of healthcare reform, continuous improving medical care, medical quality and patient experiences are key roles in public hospital. Based on the analysis of internet sensitive public voice, sensitive point, pain and difficult points have been found out and countermeasures have presented to promote modern hospital management innovation and medical care.
