摘要
基于国内公立医院的重返住院现状以及医疗服务质量要求不断提升的现实背景,针对医疗费用逐年增长的困境,作者主要以国内外重返住院率测量及评价现状作为研究对象。以中国知网、Pubmed、Web of Science的期刊文献为来源,试图梳理目前重返住院率指标的测量方式、影响因素、预测方式及控制措施和效果,分析目前国内外在重返住院方面的研究成果和进展。期望在初步厘清国内外重返住院率研究现状的基础上,为在国内医院推广以重返住院指标为核心的管理方法进行有益探索。
Based on the current situation about readmission in public hospitals and the increasing demand of medical service quality, this paper focuses on the measurement and evaluation of hospital readmission rate both at home and abroad. According to CNKI, PubMed and Web of Science, this paper tries to sort out the measurements,influencing factors, prediction methods, control measures and effects of hospital readmission rate, and analyzes the research results and progress. This paper aims to recognize the current research status on hospital readmission rates preliminarily, with a view to completing a simple retrospective review for further research.
