布地奈德联合多索茶碱对支气管哮喘肺功能及血清炎性因子的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨布地奈德联合多索茶碱治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对肺功能及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选择本院2017年6月至2018年5月间收治的84例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象。采用随机双盲法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予多索茶碱注射液治疗。比较两组治疗前后FEV1、PEFR、IL-17及MMP-9等指标变化及临床疗效情况。结果两组治疗前FEV1、PEFR、IL-17及MMP-9等指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组FEV1、PEFR均显著升高,IL-17、MMP-9均显著降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1、PEFR均显著高于对照组,IL-17、MMP-9均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合多索茶碱可显著改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能指标,降低血清IL-17及MMP-9因子水平,临床疗效显著,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of budesonide combined with doxofylline in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its effect on pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors. Methods 84 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide suspension inhalation, while the observation group was treated with doxofylline injection on the basis of the control group. The changes of FEV1, PEFR, IL-17 and MMP-9 in two groups before and after treatment were compared and their clinical effects were compared. Results There was no significant difference in FEV1, PEFR, IL-17 and MMP-9 between the two groups before treatment;after treatment, FEV1 and PEFR increased significantly, while IL-17 and MMP-9 decreased significantly (P<0.05);after treatment, FEV1 and PEFR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while IL-17 and MMP-9 were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%(39/42), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.00%(30/42), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with doxofylline can significantly improve the pulmonary function of patients with bronchial asthma, and reduce the levels of serum IL-17 and MMP-9 factors, the clinical effect is significant, it is worth further promotion and application.
