磷酸肌酸钠与果糖二磷酸钠治疗小儿心肌炎的应用效果 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究小儿心肌炎治疗中采用磷酸肌酸钠与果糖二磷酸钠的应用效果。方法选取在2016年3月至2018年3月期间本院收治的62例心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各31例,分别予以磷酸肌酸钠与果糖二磷酸钠治疗,将两组的治疗效果对比分析。结果对照组患儿治疗总有效率为(24/31)77.42%低于观察组患儿治疗总有效率(30/31)96.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿不良反应发生率为(6/31)19.35%高于观察组(1/31)3.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶对比,差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组患儿的的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶均得到显著改善。观察组治疗后的肌酸激酶、肌酸激酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿心肌炎临床治疗采用磷酸肌酸钠的效果显著,安全性高,可以予以临床推广使用。 Objective To study the application effect of sodium creatine phosphate and sodium fructose diphosphate in the treatment of children with myocarditis. Methods A total of 62 children with myocarditis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group, respectively. Compared with sodium fructose diphosphate, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was (24/31) 77.42%, which was lower than the total effective rate of the observation group (30/31), which was 96.77%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group (6/31) was 19.35% higher than that in the observation group (1/31), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase between the two groups. After treatment, the creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase were significantly improved in both groups. The creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with myocarditis is effective with sodium creatine phosphate, which is safe and can be used clinically.
