摘要 sox4 转录因子参与细胞发育和命运的决定,其通过活化Wnt、TGF-β、TNF-α、Hedgehog、Notch 及HIF-1a 通路或miRNA 的调节诱导上皮间质转化(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition, EMT),从而参与肿瘤的生物学行为。近年,越来越多的研究表明,sox4 在多种肿瘤中的表达呈现不同程度上调,尽管倍受青睐,但sox4 的临床价值及其在肿瘤进展中的作用机制仍未系统化,依旧模糊不清。现就Sox4 参与EMT促进肿瘤发生进展的机制作一综述,为精准医疗早期诊断、临床监测、预后评估及科研工作提供理论指导。 sox4 transcription factors are taking part in cell development and fate determination by activation of Wnt, TGF-β, TNF-α, Hedgehog, Notch and HIF-1a pathways or miRNA to Regulates the induction of epithelial-mesenchymal transition and thus participates in the biological behavior of the tumor. In recent years, more and more studies have shown that the expression of sox4 in various tumors is regulated to varying degrees. Although it is favored, the clinical value of sox4 and its mechanism of action in tumor progression are still not systematic, and it is still not blurred . This is a review of Sox4's involvement in the development of EMT to promote tumor progression, providing theoretical guidance for early diagnosis, clinical monitoring, prognosis assessment and scientific research.
