柔性管理视角下安徽特色小镇建设研究

Flexible-Management-based Construction of Characteristic Towns in Anhui Province

文章立足于安徽省特色小镇建设,将“柔性管理”理念融入到特色小镇建设体系中,阐述了安徽省利用独特的地理位置、传统文化优势在特色小镇建设中取得的良好效果,并针对不足提出了加快安徽特色小镇柔性化建设的有效措施。

Based on the construction of characteristic towns in Anhui Province,this study integrates the flexible management concept into the construction process of characteristic towns and elaborates on the good results achieved by Anhui Province using unique geographical location and traditional cultural advantages. Effective solutions,which is a flexible management strategy,are proposed according to the current shortcomings.
