目前,我国部分地方本科院校法学专业在人才培养模式上,还有诸如培养目标不清晰、教学方法雷同、部分教师欠缺司法实务工作经验等弊端。地方普通本科院校应以党的十九大关于建设法治国家的总思想为契机,在把握特色应用型法学教育的基本内涵基础上,形成本院校法学专业教育特色,努力培养应用型法律专业人才,从培养目标确立、专业课程调整、师资力量加强等方面构建符合当下社会需求的法律专业人才培养模式。

At present,there are still some shortcomings in the training mode of law professionals in some local universities,such as vague training objectives,similar teaching methods and lack of practical experience of teachers. Local ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities should take the general thought of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on building a country ruled by law as an opportunity. On the Basis of Grasping the Basic Connotation of Characteristic Applied Law Education. Forming the characteristics of law education in our university,striving to cultivate applied legal professionals,and constructing a training mode of legal professionals in line with the current social needs from the establishment of training objectives,the adjustment of professional courses,and the strengthening of teachers,etc.
