摘要 通过农产品收入保险满足农业经营主体的风险保障需求,已成为世界各国农业保险的发展趋势,并受到政府部门的高度重视。定价是发展农产品收入保险的关键,已有的研究主要集中于粮食作物,对区域特征显著的经济作物少有涉及。苹果是甘肃省重要的经济作物之一,种植收入波动大,价格和单产呈现负相关关系,具有开展收入保险的必要性和可行性。以甘肃苹果为研究对象,运用Copula函数和蒙特卡洛方法测算了不同保障水平下的收入保险费率,提出了包括制定差异化费率、控制高保障水平下保费补贴比例等建议。 Meeting risk protection needs of agricultural operators through agricultural income insurance has become the development trend of international agricultural insurance, and has been regarded highly by governments. Pricing is the key to the development of income insurance for agricultural products. The existing research mainly focuses on grain crops, and seldom involves cash crops with significant regional characteristics. Apple is one of the important cash crops in Gansu Province. The fluctuation of planting income is great, and the price and yield are negatively correlated, Which is necessary and feasible to carry out income insurance. Taking apples of Gansu Province as the research object, this paper uses Copula function and Monte Carlo method to calculate the income insurance premium rates under different security levels, and puts forward some suggestions, such as formulating differential premium rates, controlling the premium subsidy ratio under high security level.
