工程应用下粗效滤料净化PM2.5性能的实验研究

摘要 通过对中国市场上常用的4种G1~G4级别粗效过滤材料对大气粉尘中PM2.5 的过滤性能实验研究,结果显示,从效率最大化角度考虑,粗效滤料在1.9 m/s左右时,滤料的计重效率均达到最大,且滤速最大值小于标准给出的2.0~2.5 m/s的滤速范围;滤料的阻力随着滤速的增加而增大,计算并绘制了4个级别滤料在最佳滤速范围下,对PM2.5 的过滤效率以及相对应的阻力范围图,对过滤器粗效滤料的选取提供了参考意义。 In this paper, the filtration performance of PM2.5 in atmospheric dust by four G1-G4 grade crude filtration materials commonly used in the Chinese market was studied experimentally. The results show that, from the perspective of efficiency maximization, when the coarse filter material is about 1.9 m/s, the weight efficiency of the filter material reaches the maximum, and the maximum filter speed is less than the range of 2.0 ~ 2.5 m/s given by the standard. The resistance of the filter materials increases with the increase of the filter velocity and the filtration efficiency of PM2.5 and the corresponding resistance range maps of the four levels of filter material in the optimal range of the filter speed are calculated and drawn, which provides a reference for the selection of filter coarse filter material.
