摘要
炭基催化法烟气净化技术集脱硫、脱硝、脱HCl、HF等酸性气体、脱粉尘、脱二噁英和脱汞等重金属及其化合物等功能于同一个装置中,炭基催化剂层吸附污染物后在再生塔内进行脱附反应,从而恢复吸附能力。另外,解析出的富集SO2气体,可通过制酸系统得到资源化利用,从而实现对垃圾发电产生污染物的综合利用,以及对炭基催化剂的循环使用。
Carbon-based catalytic flue gas purification technology includes desulfurization, denitrification, deoxidization of HCl, HF and other acidic gases, dedusting, detoxification of dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals and their compounds in the same unit.After the pollutants are adsorbed on the carbon catalyst layer, the desorption reaction is carried out in the regeneration tower, and the adsorption capacity is restored. In addition, the enriched SO2 gas can be used as a resource through the acid making system. Thus, the comprehensive utilization of pollutants produced by garbage power generation and the recycling of carbon-based catalyst can be realized.
