安徽省家庭农场助推农村经济社会发展的策略研究

Study on the Strategy of Promoting Rural Economic and Social Development in the Anhui Family Farm under the Strategy of Rural Vitalization

家庭农场作为新型农业经营主体,在安徽省出台的相关政策扶持下已经取得了较快的发展。全省培育家庭农场9.5万余个,省示范家庭农场1646家,形成了家庭农场发展的独特模式--郎溪模式。通过实地走访、问卷调查等方法初步了解安徽省家庭农场发展中主要存在的问题,结合党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略以及中央与安徽省陆续出台的乡村振兴战略落实文件提出相关建议,以期在一定程度上破除安徽省家庭农场发展存在的难题推动安徽省家庭农场的发展,从而推动安徽省农村经济社会的发展。

Family farm have achieved rapid development as a new type of agricultural management subject under the support of relevant policies issued in Anhui Province. The province has cultivated more than 95,000 family farms and 1,646 demonstration family farms,forming a unique model of family farm development - Langxi mode. Through field visits,questionnaires and other methods to get a preliminary understanding of the main problems in the develop. ment of family farms in Anhui Province,and contact to the strategy of rural vitalization proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the implementation document of the strategy of rural vitalization is. sued by the central government and Anhui Province,to a certain extent breaking the problems in the development of family farms in Anhui Province promoted the development of family farms in Anhui Province,thus promoting the eco. nomic and social development of Anhui Province.
