双相障碍与甲状腺功能异常的研究进展

Progress in Study of Bipolar Disorder and Thyroid Function Abnormality

双相障碍(BD)是一种常见的精神疾病,以情感异常高涨或低落为主要表现。其确切病因目前尚不清楚,可能与遗传因素、家庭环境、生活事件有关。近年来,甲状腺与BD的关系受到国内外学者的广泛重视,下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴功能失调、甲状腺自身免疫性疾病均可能与BD有一定关联,且BD患者部分心境稳定剂(碳酸锂)的长期使用也可能对其甲状腺功能产生一定影响。另外,甲状腺功能与BD之间可能存在潜在的神经生物学机制。因此,两者之间的关系比较复杂,未来需进一步研究。

Bipolar disorder(BD) is a common mental disorder characterized by abnormal emotional ups and downs.The exact etiology is not clear at present,which may be related to genetic factors, family environment and life events.In recent years,the relationship between thyroid and BD has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.Hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid axis dysfunction and thyroid autoimmune diseases may be related to BD,and long-term use of some mood stabilizers(lithium carbonate) in BD patients may also affect thyroid function.In addition, there may be potential neurobiological mechanisms between thyroid function and BD.Therefore,the relationship between the two is complex and needs further study in the future.
