摘要
成纤维细胞活化蛋白-α(FAP-α)属于丝氨酸蛋白酶,具有特殊的生物学特性,是肿瘤微环境中肿瘤相关成纤维细胞的特异性标志物之一,常常在恶性肿瘤基质成纤维细胞和肿瘤细胞中选择性表达,在正常组织几乎不表达,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用。FAP-α具有蛋白酶活性,与其他表面蛋白分子形成分子复合物作用于细胞信号通路,调节多种肿瘤细胞的生长、浸润、转移和复发。表达FAP-α的成纤维细胞在乳腺癌细胞的浸润转移中起重要作用。
Fibroblast activating protein-α(FAP-α) is a serine protease with special biological characteristics. FAP-α is one of the specific markers of tumor-related fibroblasts in tumor microenvironment.It is often selectively expressed in stromal fibroblasts and tumor cells of malignant tumors, but hardly expressed in normal tissues.FAP-α plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.FAP-α has proteinase activity,and forms molecular complexes with other surface protein molecules to act on cell signaling pathways,regulating the growth,infiltration,metastasis and recurrence of a variety of tumor cells.Fibroblasts expressing FAP-α play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells.
