摘要
银屑病是一种主要危害人体皮肤健康的慢性炎症性疾病,与遗传、感染与免疫等因素密切相关。除皮肤中主要的角质形成细胞与成纤维细胞外,来源自免疫系统的其他细胞与分子在银屑病的发病机制中也扮演了重要的角色,靶向免疫系统的疗法经过数十年的发展呈现良好的安全性和有效性。本文就银屑病中关键的免疫细胞、分子机制及治疗靶点作一综述。
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly affects human skin and is closely related to factors including genetics,infection and immunity.In addition to keratinocytes in the epidermis and fibroblasts in the dermis,other cells and cytokines derived from the immune system are critical participants in the pathophysiology of psoriasis.Therapies targeting the immune system have shown safety and efficacy after decades of development.This review focuses on key immune cells,molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targets in psoriasis.
