摘要 运用文献分析的方法探讨PBL在我国医学免疫学教学中的应用与发展。对CNKI中国期刊全文数据库收录的PBL应用于医学免疫学教学的文献进行统计分析,发现近年来相关论文的发表量总体呈增长趋势,PBL从最初应用于理论教学发展到应用于实验教学,并逐渐与其他教学方法如CBL、TBL、RISE以及网络辅助教学等多元结合,被广泛纳入医学免疫学课程改革的建构体系中。作为目前较为普遍采用和效果较好的医学免疫学教学方法,PBL如何避免僵化和模式化,如何创新PBL教学的形式和方法,建立合理有效的考核机制,是PBL应用于医学免疫学教学需要探索的重要问题。 To explore the application and development of Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in medical immunology teaching in China,the literatures related to the application of PBL for medical immunology in the CNKI China Academic Journals Full-text Database were statistically analyzed.In recent years,the number of papers on application of PBL in medical immunology teaching has generally increased.PBL has been applied from theoretical teaching to experimental teaching,and has gradually combined with other teaching methods such as Team-based Learning(TBL),Case-based Learning(CBL),Reference-Induced Self Education(RISE)and network-assisted teaching.Moreover,PBL has been widely included in the construction of medical immunology curriculum reform system.As a currently widely used and effective teaching method in medical immunology,how to avoid regidity and modularization of PBL,how to innovate the form and method of PBL teaching,and to establish a reasonable and effective evaluation mechanism,are important issues to be explored in application of PBL to the teaching reform of medical immunology.
