介绍了凯密迪(Chemetics)公司的冷却氧化反应(CORE^TM )系统和孟莫克(MECS)公司的硫酸生产技术MAX3^TM 。凯密迪公司的CORE TM /CORE-S^TM 工艺可处理φ(SO 2 )高达50%的工艺气,达到较高的转化率(高达97%),以较低的投资来提高装置生产能力。孟莫克(MECS)公司MAX3^TM 技术是通过将单一吸收装置HRS TM 与孟莫克的SolvR 再生SO2吸附净化技术相结合,简化了传统的硫酸生产流程。该技术精简了设备,降低了成本,提高了效率。
Cooling oxidation reaction(CORE TM )system of Chemetics Co. and sulphuric acid production technology MAX3 TM of MECS are introduced. CORE TM /CORE-S TM technology of Chemetics Co. treated process gas with SO 2 concentration up to 50% and conversion rate up to 97%, raising plant production capacity by lower investment. MAX3 TM technology of MECS combined single absorption device HRS TM with SolvR regeneration SO 2 adsorption purification technology to simplify traditional sulphuric acid production process. The technology streamlined equipment, reduced cost and increased efficiency.
