介绍了2018年中国硫酸行业生产运行情况及形势分析。2018年我国硫酸总产量为 96 859 kt,同比增长0.9%。其中冶炼烟气制酸产量为34 957 kt,同比增长5.6%;硫磺制酸产量为 44 317 kt,同比下降0.9%;硫铁矿制酸产量为16 517 kt,同比下滑2.6%。2018年中国累计进口硫酸953 kt,同比下降21.4%。2018年中国硫磺产量约6 378 kt,同比增长7.3%;累计进口硫磺约10 781 kt,同比下降4.0%。2019年冶炼烟气制酸产能不断释放,新产能对旧产能冲击越来越大;区域性产能过剩向全国蔓延,各地区硫酸价格趋同;环保压力依然是企业面临的最严峻考验。

Production and operation of China s sulphuric acid industry and situation analysis in 2018 are introduced.Total sulphuric acid production in 2018 reached 96 859 kt,increasing by 0.9% year on year,of which metallurgical acid production was 34 957 kt with growing by 5.6% year on year,44 317 kt from sulphur with reducing by 0.9% year on year,pyrite production of acid was 16 517 kt with decreasing by 2.6% year on year.Cumulative import of sulphuric acid in 2018 was 953 kt with falling by 21.4% and sulphur production of China reached 6 378 kt with rising by 7.3% year on year,Cumulative import of sulphur was about 10 781 kt with decreasing by 4.0% year on year.Metallurgical acid capacity releases constantly in 2019,and new capacity assaults old one more and more,regional overcapacity spreads to the whole country and sulphuric acid prices in various regions convergence,environmental pressure is still the most severe test enterprises have to face.
