摘要
硫酸法钛白粉和湿法磷酸生产中会产生副产物钛石膏和磷石膏。就钛石膏和磷石膏两大固体废物的资源化利用进行了探讨,介绍了磷与钛化工生产中硫资源的耦合分级与循环利用的方法和经验,还介绍了将磷矿中的钙资源取代石灰石原生矿资源多级利用生产建筑胶凝材料的发明专利及方法,借以推动磷钛化工固体废物循环利用的全面发展。
By-products of titanium plaster and phosphogypsum are produced during sulphuric acid production by titanium dioxide and by wet-process phosphoric acid.Resource utilization of two solid waste titanium plaster and phosphogypsum are discussed.Coupling grading and looping utilization methods and experience of sulphur resource in phosphorus and titanium chemical industry are introduced.It is described that invention patents and methods of multi-level utilizing building cementitious materials by calcium resources in phosphate rock instead of limestone primary mine resources,to improve comprehensive development of phosphorus titanium chemical solid waste recycling.
