回滴DAP料浆在复混肥生产中的应用

Application of back titration DAP slurry in compound fertilizer production

介绍了云峰分公司采用回滴DAP料浆至MAP料浆,与硝酸铵溶液混合制取新型复混肥的研究开发及生产情况。技术人员采用磷酸回滴DAP料浆到MAP料浆(pH值在4.1~4.9),再用泵把MAP料浆和硝酸铵溶液按生产配比送至混合槽中搅拌,加入硫酸钾后送至造粒机造粒。该复混肥产品粒径2~4mm的颗粒含量大于或等于96%,总养分质量分数大于或等于45%,运输储存及施用极为方便。

Research and development and production of back titration DAP slurry to MAP slurry,and mixing with ammonium nitrate solution to prepare new compound fertilizer are introduce. Technical staffs adopted back titration DAP slurry to MAP slurry(pH value 4.1-4.9)by phosphate,and pumped MAP slurry and ammonium nitrate solution by production ratio to mixing tank to stir,and then added potassium sulfate to send to granulator. Particle content with compound fertilizer product size over 2-4 mm was greater than or equaled to 96%,total nutrient quality score was greater than or equaled to 45%,providing advantages of convenient transport storage and application.
