摘要
介绍了安徽铜陵某公司2×400kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置利用国产催化剂替代进口催化剂的改造实践。实施国产催化剂改造后,制酸装置硫酸产量达到1200t/d,转化器三段进口与催化剂床层温升由改造前的14.90℃升高至19.03℃,转化器四段进口与催化剂床层温升由改造前的32.64℃升高至38.00℃。一次SO2转化率由改造前的92.33%升高至95.88%,SO2总转化率由改造前的99.18%升高至99.83%。转化器床层总阻力降由改造前的9.6kPa降至4.3kPa。
Transformation practice of domestic catalyst replacing imported catalyst in two 400 kt/y pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants is introduced. After domestic catalyst transformation, sulphuric acid production of acid plant reached 1 200 t/d, temperature rise at inlet of the third catalyst bed of converter and catalyst bed increased to 19.03 ℃ from 14.90 ℃ before transformation, and that at inlet of the fourth catalyst bed of converter and catalyst bed increased from 32.64 ℃ to 38.00 ℃. The first SO 2 conversion rate rose from 92.33% to 95.88%,SO 2 total conversion rate rose from 99.18% to 99.83%, and total resistance drop decreased from 9.6 kPa to 4.3 kPa.
