摘要
稳定控制克劳斯工艺过程中H2S与SO2的比例可有效提高硫磺回收装置的硫磺转化率。针对现有克劳斯配风控制系统的控制滞后问题,技术人员利用硫磺模拟软件ASPENHYSYSV10对2种典型酸性气组成的克劳斯工艺进行模拟计算。对比计算结果,综合考虑反馈时间和过程气中硫雾等因素,建议H2S/SO2在线仪表安装在一级转化器和硫冷器之后,并在该仪表前设置硫磺捕集器。
Sulphur conversion rate of sulphur recovery unit is effectively improved by stable controlling ratio of H2S to SO2 in the Claus process.According to control lag problem of existing Claus distribution control system,technical staffs performed simulation calculations of Claus process consisting of two typical acid gas by sulphur simulation software ASPEN HYSYS V10.By comparing calculation results and comprehensive considering feedback time and factors of sulphur mist in the process gas, technical staffs proposed H2S/SO2 online instrumentation installed after primary converter and sulphur cooler, and meanwhile set sulphur trap before the meter.
