Research Review on Intrinsic Mechanism of Group Collaboration in Online Knowledge Community

【目的/意义】梳理国内外在线知识社区群体协作内在机制方面的研究,以期发现当前研究存在的问题和不足,为进一步深入研究提供参考和借鉴。【方法/过程】通过共现分析、多维尺度分析等文献计量学方法进行文献分析,从用户、内容和社区三个层面对该领域的研究进行论述。【结果/结论】将收集的文献按研究主题分为用户参与机制、用户互动机制、内容质量影响机制、社区运作机制和社区动力机制五个方面,评述现有研究的不足,从研究内容、视角和方法上提出未来可能的研究方向和思路。

【Purpose/significance】This study aims to summarize the research status of internal mechanism of group collaboration in online knowledge community at home and abroad, and to analyze the existing problems and provide references for the future study.【Method/process】We use bibliometrics methods including co-occurrence analysis and multidimensional scale analysis to summarize the current research hotspots on the field, and followed with a systematical and profound analysis from user level, content level and community level.【Result/conclusion】The collected literatures can be classified into five research topics including user participation mechanism, user interaction mechanism, content quality influence mechanism, community operation mechanism and community dynamic mechanism, and we also review the shortcomings of existing research and point out the future research direction from the research content, perspective and method.
