空运医疗后送检伤记录系统的设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 目的:针对空运医疗后送的需求,设计一种空运医疗后送检伤记录系统。方法:该系统主要由硬件和软件两部分组成。硬件设备包括便携式检伤记录装置、二维码扫描装置,软件主要包括检伤信息记录软件及其与机上医疗管理系统的接口程序。使用便携式检伤记录装置快速记录伤病员伤情、伤部、伤类等检伤信息,使用QR混合编码方式将检伤信息转化成二维码,机上医疗管理系统和后方医院信息系统通过扫描获取二维码图像,图像经过二值化、定位和校正等处理方法得到的条形码按照译码标准生成伤病员检伤信息。结果:利用该系统可快速地获取伤病员检伤信息,实现了空运医疗后送伤病员信息从地面到空中再到后方地面环节的无缝传递。结论:该系统解决了检伤信息在整个空运医疗后送中的电子化传递,节省了纸质记录与其他后送环节检伤信息的重复录入带来的不必要工作,有效提升了空运医疗后送的信息处理能力。 Objective To design and implement a rapid triage and recording system for aeromedical evacuation. Methods The system hardware involved in a portable triage and recording device as well as a 2D scanning device, and the software consisted of a triage information recording program and an interface program with airborne medical management system. The information on casualty condition, site and type was recorded rapidly through the portable device , and then was transformed into 2D code with QR hybrid encoding method;airborne medical management system and rear hospital information system acquired the image of 2D code by scanning, and then barcode was generated based on the image undergoing binaryzation, localization, correction and etc, finally the information on casualty triage could be obtained by decoding the barcode. Results The system facilitated casualty information acquisition as well as its seamless transmission from the ground through the air to rear hospital. Conclusion The aeromedical evacuation triage and recording system transmits trauma information electronically instead of paper-based process and repeatedly entry in order to enhance ability of information processing during aeromedical evacuation.
