长程视频脑电图在癫痫诊断中的应用及有效性评价

Clinical value and effectiveness of long-range video-EEG in diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy

目的:探讨长程视频脑电图在癫痫诊断中的应用价值及有效性。方法:收集在某院接受治疗的癫痫患者112例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组56例。对照组采用常规脑电图进行检查,研究组采用长程视频脑电图进行检查,比较2组患者的检出总异常率、治疗后不同时间段癫痫的复发情况以及癫痫样放电的主要部位。采用SPSS18.0统计学软件进行数据分析。结果:研究组检出总异常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组在癫痫患者治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月、9个月的复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者癫痫样放电部位主要集中在前额及额部、中央及中颞部,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:长程视频脑电图相较于常规脑电图癫痫的检出率更高、治疗后的复发率较低,可为癫痫病的早期诊断和治疗提供依据,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value and effectiveness of long-range video EEG in the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy. Methods Totally 112 patients with epilepsy admitted to some hospital were randomly divided into a control group and a study group by digital table method. The control group was diagnosed and treated with conventional EEG, and the study group was diagnosed and treated with long-range video-EEG. The abnormal rate detected in the two groups, the recurrence status at different time periods after treatment in the two groups and the sites of epileptic discharge detected in the two groups were compared. SPSS 18.0 software was used for data analysis. Results Total abnormal rates detected in long-range video-EEG were significantly higher than the conventional EEG (P<0.05). The recurrence rates of the patients in the study group at the 1st, 3rd, 6th and 9th month after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Here was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05) in the diagnosis of epileptiform discharge sites, mainly in the forehead, frontal, central and middle temporal regions. Conclusion In the process of epilepsy diagnosis and treatment, the detection rate of epilepsy is higher with the application of long-range video-EEG than with the conventional EEG, and the application of long-range video-EEG can provide positive guarantee for the early treatment of epilepsy.
