实战条件下野战医疗队卫生装备的应用研究

Application of medical equipment of field medical team at actual combat conditions

目的:对野战医疗队现有部分装备进行探讨、设计和改良,以期更适合实战应用。方法:分析当前野战医疗队卫生装备实战运用和管理中的不足,依据模块化理论,对某院野战医疗队的卫生帐篷和救治收容组医护模块箱进行改良。结果:对某院野战医疗队卫生帐篷和救治收容组医护模块箱的改良,在一定程度上提高了机动性和模块化程度,节约了人力。结论:实战条件下野战医疗队卫生装备应从优化设计、系统集成方面入手,提高卫生装备模块化程度,加强卫生装备野战适应性,从而提升野战医疗队的实战保障能力。

Objective To execute improvement of some existing medical equipment in the field medical team to facilitate their application. Methods The medical equipment in the field medical team had their deficiencies analyzed, of which, medical tent of the field medical team and medical modular chests of the treatment and holding group were modified according to modularity theory. Results The improvement of the medical tent and modular chests contributed to enhancing the mobility and modularity of the team in some hospital. Conclusion It's suggested the field medical team emphasise on the design optimization, system integration, modularity and field suitability in combat conditions.
