前牙根管桩钉拆除装置的研制及应用

Development and application of root nail puller for anterior canal

目的:研制一种对牙体上安装的桩钉进行拆除的装置。方法:该拆除装置由顶管、拉杆、压把3个部分组成,均采用不锈钢材料制作。利用杠杆原理破坏桩钉周围黏固剂的黏固力,使桩钉松动,继而脱落。结果:该拆除装置可安全、有效拆除桩钉,既不会动摇牙体,又不会损坏牙体。结论:该拆除装置结构简单、使用及消毒方便,在口腔前牙根管桩钉拆除方面效果较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To develop a puller for the root nail installed on the tooth. Methods The puller was composed of three stainless steel components including a pipe jacking, a pull rod and a handle, which removed the root nail by lever principle to destroy the peripheral coment. Results The puller had high safety and efficiency, and had no injury to the tooth. Conclusion The puller gains advantages in structure, utilization and sterilization, and thus is worthy promoting practically.
