摘要
针对变速器罩法兰失效导致某型号飞机牵引车液压系统无法工作的问题,使用相关仪器检测和具体验证试验相结合的分析方法,分析出了变速器罩法兰失效的原因与尺寸超差、罩法兰材质及发动机总成振动有关,并制定了相应的解决方案。经实际试验证明,改变罩法兰材质、杜绝裂纹产生和适当优化悬置系统后,变速器罩法兰失效问题得到了有效解决。
For the failure of the transmission cover flange to cause the hydraulic system ofthe aircraft of a certain type ofaircraft to be inoperable, the analysis method of the relevant instrument detection and the specific verification experiment is used to analyze the cause of the failure of the transmission cover flange and the size difference, the cover flange material is related to the vibration of the engine assembly and the corresponding solution has been developed. The actual test proves that the failure of the transmission cover flange is effectively solved after changing the material of the cover flange, preventing the crack generation and properly optimizing the suspension system.
