基于正交试验的2种醉鱼草扦插繁殖方法 被引量:3

摘要 大花醉鱼草和狭叶醉鱼草具有较高的观赏与药用价值,也是南方地区特殊环境绿化中优秀的先锋修复植物。以2种醉鱼草为试材,采用正交试验设计,选取枝条部位、基质、IBA浓度与IBA浸泡时间4个因素,研究了各因素对2种醉鱼草扦插成活的影响及其扦插繁殖方法。结果表明,2种醉鱼草的成活率、最长根长受基质影响最大,枝条部位对2种醉鱼草的平均根长影响最大,IBA浓度对大花醉鱼草根条数的影响最大,基质对狭叶醉鱼草根条数的影响最大,可根据不同的育苗目标调整处理方法。综合分析结果显示,大花醉鱼草、狭叶醉鱼草最佳扦插条件分别为“枝条顶梢+河沙基质+1000mg/L的IBA+30s的IBA浸泡时间”、“枝条顶梢+河沙基质+500mg/L的IBA+60s的IBA浸泡时间”。该研究可为2种醉鱼草的规模化生产以及资源应用提供科学依据。 Buddleja colvilei and Buddleja asiatica have a high ornamental and medicinal value. They arepioneer restoration plants on the environmentally degraded land in the southern China. In order to explore the method of efficient cultivation and production of B. colvilei and B. asiatica, an orthogonal design was adopted to study the effect of cutting location, substrate, IBA concentration and treatment time on the survival of the cuttings of Buddleja, and find the best method of cutting of Buddleja. The results show that the survival rate and the longest root length of these two species of plants were most affected by substrate, and that the cutting parts had the greatest influence on the average root length of the cuttings. IBA concentration had the greatest effect on the root number of B. colvilei. Substrate had the greatest effect on the root number of B. asiatica. Cutting methods could be improved according to propagation targets. Integrated analysis showed that the optimum conditions for cutting of B. colvilei was terminal shoot+1 000 mg/L IBA for 30 s+river sand as substrate, and for B. asiatica was terminal shoot + 500 mg/L IBA for 60 s + river sand as substrate. The results provide scientific basis for commercial cultivation, exploitation and utilization of B. colvilei and B. asiatica.
