摘要 随着经济的发展,生态环境污染日趋严重,其中土壤重金属污染成为一个突出问题。利用植物修复土壤重金属污染是当前环境科学和生态学领域的研究热点之一。采用根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体系修复土壤重金属污染是一种有效的植物修复方法,它不仅可以利用根瘤菌与豆科植物互利共生的优势来抵抗重金属胁迫,而且其固氮作用有助于提高土壤养分。通过文献检索分析,收集整理了我国现已发现的具有土壤重金属污染修复潜力的豆科植物,并对根瘤菌修复土壤重金属污染的机理以及根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体系修复土壤重金属污染的研究进展进行了综述,以期为今后利用根瘤菌-豆科植物共生体系修复土壤重金属污染的研究和实践提供参考。 With the rapid development of economy, natural environment pollution is becoming more and more serious. The heavy metals contaminated soil is especially harmful to the eco-environment and human beings. Using the plants to remedy heavy metals contaminated soil is becoming one of the hotspots in the field of environmental science and ecology. Using the rhizobium legume symbiosis to remedy heavy metals is a good means of phytoremediation. It can not only resist heavy metals stress by taking advantages of the mutualism between rhizobia and legumes, but also utilize its nitrogen fixation to restore soil nutrients. This study summarizes the leguminous plants in China with the potential to remedy heavy metals contaminated soil, and reviews the mechanisms and research of remediating heavy metals contaminated soil by rhizobia and legumes symbiosis. The aim of this study is to provide some references for the utilization of rhizobium legume symbiosis to remedy the heavy metals contaminated soil.
