摘要 剪力键在深海工程中已广泛运用,但对于多个键情况下的受力机制尚不明朗,国内外还缺乏相关的规范对其进行较为详细的阐述。运用数值模拟的方法,参照果园港码头这一工程实例的结构尺寸,在轴向荷载的作用下,对多个剪力键的受力情况进行了尝试性的探索,相应的物模试验显示,其模拟结果精度较高。此外还得出各键之间受力的分配规律,并提出了分配系数这一概念。这一概念的提出,不仅为多对剪力键的设计提供了方向,也对其受力机制的分析与研究奠定了基础。 Shear keys have been widely used in deep-sea engineering,but the mechanical mechanism of multiple bonds is still unclear,and there is still a lack of relevant norms at home and abroad to elaborate it in detail.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to make a tentative exploration on the stress situation of multiple shear bonds under the action of axial load with reference to the structural size of the Orchard Harbor wharf as an engineering example.The corresponding physical model test shows that the simulation results are of high accuracy.In addition,the distribution law of forces between the keys is obtained and the concept of distribution coefficient is put forward,which not only provides a direction for the design of multiple pairs of shear keys,but also lays a foundation for the analysis and study of the stress mechanism.
