Constructing the human community of shared destiny from systematic perspectives

自从地球人类实现系统化以来,世界社会一直按照"三个从属于"结构进行治理。演变到今天这种结构已历史地过时了,客观上要求消除国家之间的支配与从属关系,把世界建设成全人类平等相处、共谋发展的命运共同体。构建人类命运共同体是系统工程在当代的最高使命,需要自觉而全面地运用系统思维来思考和解决问题。

Since human beings have adopted systems on the earth, human society has been globally governed according to three subordinations. However, this structure is outdated, domination and subordination is eliminated between countries. Meanwhile, a community of shared destiny is to be constructed where mankind lives on an equal footing as the highest mission of system engineering for the new era.
