锰硅电炉炉顶竖窑预热炉料热装效果及技术方案探讨(Ⅰ) 被引量:2

摘要 矿热电炉冶炼锰硅合金,采用炉顶预热竖窑预热炉料到450~550℃,每吨锰硅合金冶炼电耗可以降低300~400kWh,降低成本120元,以一台33MVA锰硅电炉年产量60000t为例,每年降低成本720万元。全国锰硅合金产量约1200万t,1/3采用该项技术,年节电12亿kWh,降低成本48000万元。每台改造费用不到200万元,4个月收回。通过引进、吸收、消化、改进,从设计、设备制造到生产工艺技术,全部实现了国产化,技术完全成熟。 When smelting ferromanganese-silicon by submerged arc furnace, using preheating shaft kiln preheating furnace material to 450~550 ℃, the electricity consumption per ton of ferromanganese-silicon can be reduced by 300~400 kWh, and the cost is reduced by 120 yuan. Taking an annual output of 60 000 t of a 33 MVA ferromanganese-silicon furnace as an example, the annual cost can be reduced by 7.2 million yuan. The national ferromanganese-silicon output is about 12 million tons, and 1/3 adopts this technology, saving 1.2 billion kWh per year and reducing the cost by 480 million yuan. The cost of each electric furnace renovation is less than 2 million yuan, and it will be recovered in four months. Through the introduction, absorption, digestion and improvement, the localization of design, equipment manufacturing and production technology has been realized, and the technology is fully mature.
