摘要
进行了铬铁矿粉配加铬除尘灰生产冷固球团试验研究,通过测定球团质量,确定铬铁矿粉与铬除尘灰的适宜搭配比例,以及黏结剂的种类和适宜配比。研究表明,在一定的铬铁矿粉和除尘灰配比情况下,填加适宜比例的黏结剂压球,干燥后球团抗压强度可达到1000N以上,1.5m高度自然落下3次,<5mm含粉率在4%~9%,满足矿热炉使用要求。
It conducted a experimental study on the production of cold-bond pellets from chromite ore powder with chromium dust matched. Through measuring pellet quality, it determined the suitable proportion of chromite powder and chrome dust, and the kind and proper proportion of binders. Research shows that when press pellets with chromite ore powder and chromium dust adding some suitable proportion binder, the compressive strength of the pellets can reach over 1 000 N after drying. The powder content(<5 mm) is 4% to 9% after 3 times fall from 1.5 m high. It can meet the demand of submerged arc furnace.
