摘要 转型创新高校市场营销专业应用型人才培养模式,是助推高等教育普及化,培养高素质营销人才的需要,有利于提升转型高校营销专业学生的创新创业能力和教师双师素质。基于市场对于高素质营销人才需求和地方本科高校应用技术型转型发展需要,着重从课程设置、教学模式和实践教学等方面对转型高校市场营销专业人才培养模式创新与实践进行有益探索,进而提出加强教师队伍建设,构建多元化、立体化评价体系,实现教学资源的共享和教学信息化等多项措施,确保该模式的有效运行。 Transforming and innovating the training mode of applied talents of marketing specialty in colleges and universities is the need to promote the popularization of higher education and cultivate high-quality marketing talents, which is conducive to improving the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in marketing and the quality of teachers. Based on the demand of market for high-quality marketing talents and the need of local colleges and universities for application-oriented transformation and development, the study mainly explores the innovation and practice of training mode of marketing professionals from the aspects of curriculum, teaching mode and practical teaching, and then puts forward the suggestions of strengthening the construction of teaching staff, building a pluralistic and three-dimensional evaluation system, and realizing teaching resources sharing and digitization of teaching to ensure the effective operation of the model.
