摘要 为了对近年来爆炸式增长的旅游电商网站进行综合评价,在广泛调研的基础上构建了旅游电商网站评价的指标体系。基于专家调研结果,采用层次分析法构建了评估指标的判断矩阵,设定各级指标的权重。基于该指标体系,在问卷调查基础上运用模糊综合评价法对某一旅游电商网站进行分析和评估,结果表明该评价体系与方法是有效的。 In order to comprehensively evaluate the explosive growth of tourism e-commerce websites in recent years, an index system for evaluation of tourism e-commerce websites is established on the basis of extensive research. Based on the results of expert investigation, the judgment matrix of evaluation indicators is constructed by analytic hierarchy process, and the weights of indicators at all levels are set. Based on the index system, a tourism e-commerce website is analyzed and evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis of questionnaire survey. The results show that the evaluation system and method are effective.
