摘要 随着防洪理念由"洪水控制"转向"洪水管理",洪水预警预报成为了水科学研究的重点问题。以鳌江流域为例,构建了水文水动力、洪水影响等无缝耦合的全要素预报调度模型,实现了流域洪水预报调度和面上社会要素的影响预报。通过对2016年"鲇鱼"台风应用验证,成果合理可信,为流域风险预警预报提供强有力的技术支撑。 Flood warning and forecasting has become a key issue in water science research,with the concept of flood control shifting from"flood control"to"flood management". With the case study in Aojiang River Basin,a coupled hydrological-hydrodynamic model for risk analysis is established in this paper,following the construction of a risk map management platform and the dynamic three-dimensional display of the flood evolution process. The results indicate that the risk map management platform can provide a strong technical support for the early warning and forecast of watershed risk.
