Improved Preparation of Aqueous Mesophase Pitch

摘要 以针状焦为原料,通过低温—高温分步混酸氧化法改进制备水性中间相沥青(AMP),对AMP的产率和氧化条件之间的关系进行了研究。利用热重分析仪、红外光谱仪、动态光散射粒度仪和透射电镜等对不同氧化条件下得到的AMP碳收率、粒度及其微晶结构进行研究。结果表明:改进法制备的AMP最高产率达150%左右,通过引入低温插层效应能够将AMP的溶胶粒径尺寸减小至3.1 nm。 Preparation of aqueous mesophase pitch(AMP) was improved by mixed acid oxidizing green needle coke at low-high temperature in sequence. The relationship between the yield of AMP and the oxidation conditions was studied. The carbon yield, particle size and microcrystalline structure of AMP were studied by thermogravimetry, infrared, dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscope. Results indicate that the highest yield of AMP prepared by the improved method is about 150%. By introducing a low temperature intercalation effect, the sol particle size of AMP can be reduced to 3.1 nm.
