腋窝色素性乳房外Paget病误诊1例

摘要 1 临床资料患者,女,48 岁。左侧腋下褐色斑2 年余。2 年前,患者无明显诱因于左侧腋下出现淡褐色斑,偶感瘙痒,曾先后在外院诊断为“炎症后色素沉着”“脂溢性角化”,未予特殊处理。近半年皮疹面积逐渐扩大,逐来我院就诊。患者既往体健,否认家族中类似疾病史。体格检查:一般情况良好,系统检查未见异常。皮肤科情况:左侧腋下多处大小不等的淡褐色斑,形态不规则,境界尚清,表面光滑,无明显浸润感,见图1.
