Clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine arteriovenous fistula: A review

子宫动静脉瘘(uterine arteriovenous fistula,UAVF)为临床上常见的一类血管畸形,临床上一般分为先天性和获得性两类。近年来随着我国生育政策的转变,二次或多次剖宫产孕妇增多以及人工流产率的升高,UAVF的发生率也随之上升。UAVF如未及时诊治,可能引发大出血、失血性休克、DIC甚至危及生命。目前对于UAVF诊断,血管造影是确诊的金标准,子宫动脉栓塞术是目前有效的保守治疗方法,可保护患者的生育功能。本文对UAVF的分类、临床表现、诊断方法及相关治疗进展做一简要综述。

Uterine arteriovenous fistula(UAVF) is a common vascular malformation in clinic, which can be divided into congenital and acquired types.In recent years, with the change of our country’s fertility policy, the increase of second or multiple cesarean section pregnant women and the increase of induced abortion rate, the incidence of UAVF also rises. If UAVF is not diagnosed and treated in time, it may cause massive hemorrhage, hemorrhagic shock, DIC and even endanger life. At present, angiography is the gold standard for the diagnosis of UAVF. Uterine artery embolization is an effective conservative treatment, which can protect the reproductive function of patients. This article reviews the classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of UAVF.
