摘要
目的建立采用高效液相色谱法测定芎芷合剂中阿魏酸和欧前胡素含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Athena C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),采用混合流动相,流动相A为甲醇,流动相B为0.05%甲酸水溶液,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为275 nm;柱温为35℃;流速为1.0 ml/min。结果阿魏酸的线性范围是0.011 8~0.965 0μg,平均加样回收率为100.19%;欧前胡素的线性范围是0.054~2.855μg,平均加样回收率为99.80%。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于芎芷合剂中阿魏酸和欧前胡素的定量测定。
Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of ferulic acid and omeprazine in Xiongzhi mixture.Methods The column of chromatographic column is Athena C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), using mixed flow phase, flow phase A is methanol, flow phase B is 0.05% formic acid aqueous solution, gradient elution is performed, and the detection wavelength is 275 nm;Column temperature is 35℃;The flow rate is 1.0 ml/min.Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.011 8 ~ 0.965 0μg, and the average recovery rate was 100.19%. The linear range of Imperatorin is 0.054 ~ 2.855 μg, and the average recovery rate is 99.80%.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used in the quantitative determination of ferulic acid and Imperatorin in the Xiongzhi mixture.
