摘要
为提高DC/DC变换器信号处理速度与控制精度,对隔离型H桥DC/DC变换器的主电路进行了改进,在其超前臂加箝位二极管,滞后臂加辅助网络,使变换器获得了良好的零电压开关效果;提出了基于BPNN-PID混合算法的隔离型H桥ZVS DC/DC变换器系统控制策略,对主电路与控制系统参数进行了设计,并对控制系统进行了建模与仿真,得到了稳态时的工作波形和负载突变时的动态响应波形。利用DSP TMS320LF2407快速数据处理平台对该控制系统进行了Matlab仿真和实验分析。结果表明该控制系统响应时间短、超调量小、控制性能优良,系统的稳定性得到了提高。
In order to improve the signal processing speed and control accuracy of DC/DC converter,the main circuit of isolated H-bridge ZVS DC/DC converter is improved. In its super forearm plus clamp diode,lag arm plus auxiliary network,make converter a good zero-voltage switching effect is obtained,a control strategy of isolated H-bridge ZVS DC/DC converter system based on BPNN-PID hybrid algorithm is proposed,the parameters of main circuit and control system are designed,and the control system is modeled and simulated. The working waveform in steady state and the dynamic response waveform in sudden change of load are obtained,and the control system is simulated with Matlab and tested by DSP TMS320 LF2407 fast data processing platform. The simulation and experiment results show that the system has shorter response time,smaller overshoot and more excellent control performance,and the stability of the control system has been improved.
