摘要
建立了用气相色谱同时检测桃果中毒死蜱、联苯菊酯和溴氰菊酯3种不同类型农药残留的方法。用乙腈提取,用Carb/NH2复合固相萃取小柱净化提取液,采用HP-5毛细管柱分离、GC-ECD进行定量检测。结果表明,3种农药残留的色谱图分离效果较好,线性相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.0031~0.0088mg/kg之间,多次试验平均回收率在94.8%~100.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.35%~3.25%之间。该方法适合桃果中上述3种农药残留的检测。
A method was established for the simultaneous determination of three different pesticide residues of chlorpyrifos,bifenthrin and deltamethrin in peach by gas chromatography.The extract was extracted with acetonitrile and purified by Carb/NH2 composite solid phase extraction cartridge.The extract was separated by HP-5 capillary column and quantitative detection was performed using GC-ECD.The results showed that the chromatograms of three pesticide residues had good separation performance,the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.003 1-0.008 8 mg/kg,and the average recovery rate of multiple tests was 94.8%-100.7%.The relative standard deviation was between 1.35%-3.25%.This method is suitable for the detection of the above three pesticide residues in peach.
