赤子爱胜蚓处理土壤重金属Pb和Cu复合污染效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,土壤重金属污染日益严重且大多数以复合污染的形式出现,因而寻求一种有效处理重金属复合污染的方法迫在眉睫。本文模拟在不同浓度Pb、Cu污染的土壤中接种赤子爱胜蚓,研究其对Pb、Cu2种重金属的单一耐受力以及Pb、Cu复合污染下赤子爱胜蚓对重金属污染土壤的重金属富集及耐受力变化情况。结果表明,赤子爱胜蚓对Pb的耐受力明显高于对Cu的耐受力。在Pb胁迫下,蚯蚓对Cu的富集降低;在Cu的胁迫下,蚯蚓对Pb的富集明显降低。赤子爱胜蚓对重金属Pb的富集量随着土壤中重金属浓度增加而增加。蚯蚓体内重金属Pb、Cu浓度升高对蚯蚓活动造成一定程度的抑制,导致蚯蚓对土壤中重金属Pb、Cu富集效果降低。 In recent years,soil heavy metal pollution has become increasingly serious,and most occur in the form of compound pollution.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to find an effective method to control heavy metal compound pollution.In this paper,we simulated the inoculation of Eisenia foetida in the soil contaminated by different contents of Pb and Cu,and studied the single tolerance of Eisenia foetida to the two kinds of heavy metals.Then the enrichment and tolerance of Eisenia foetida to heavy metals in the Pb and Cu compound pollution soil were also studied.The results showed that the tolerance of Eisenia foetida to Pb was significantly higher than that of Cu.Under the Pb stress,the enrichment of Cu by earthworms decreased.Under the Cu stress,the enrichment of Pb by earthworms decreased obviously.The enrichment of heavy metal Pb in Eisenia foetida increased with the increase of heavy metal concentration in soil.The increase of the Pb and Cu concentrations in earthworms can inhibit the activities of earthworms to a certain extent,which decreased the enrichment effect of earthworms on the heavy metals Pb and Cu in the soil.
