摘要
为了对城市供水系统进行优化调度计算,建立了一套城市供水管网模拟装置,需要采集30路压力和30路流量信号并控制5台泵的变频。基于此,运用组态王编制了数据采集与控制组态软件,实现了60路模拟信号的采集、显示和存储,并对5台泵的变频进行控制。整套模拟系统基于S7-200PLC进行数据采集和转换,并通过上位机的组态软件进行显示和控制。系统运行结果表明:该软件实现了对供水模拟装置运行数据的采集和对模拟装置运行状态的控制。
In order to optimize the scheduling calculation of urban water supply system, a set of simulation device for the urban water supply network was established. Considering its demand to collect 30-way pressure and 30-way flow signals and to control the frequency conversion of 5 pumps, making use of KingVIEW to write data acquisition and control configuration software was implemented to realize the acquisition, display and storage of 60-way analog signals and the control over the frequency conversion of 5 pumps. The whole simulation system has S7-200 PLC based to implement data acquisition and conversion, including the display and control through the upper computer configuration software. The operation results show that, this software can collect the data of the water supply simulator and control the operation of the simulator.
