摘要
目的:探索测定钩藤中鞣质含量的方法。方法:本文采用络合滴定法测定了钩藤中鞣质的含量。结果:钩藤中鞣质含量为10%左右。结论:通过络合滴定法测定钩藤鞣质含量,结果稳定,方法可靠;以其为该药品质量评定方面提供科学依据。
Objective:Purpose A method was established for the determination of tannin in croton;Methods:The content of tannin was determined by complex titration. Results:The tannin content was about 10%. Conclusion:The content of tannin was determined by complex titration, results stable,reliable method;In addition,Amino acid content was determined by automatic amino acid analysis.It provides scientific basis for the quality evaluation of the drug.
